After your purchase is made, she will keep you well informed on memorial status and estimated completion date. She will answer all of your questions and she makes herself readily available. Once delivery and installation are complete, Julie will send final billing along with a photo of the completed work and a questionnaire asking how we did. She wants you 100% satisfied and gives the same customer service that she expects.
